Birth of the smart

Never use the word “cool” to describe an idea, use the word “smart” instead. You’d be surprised how much impact this semantic switch can have. Advertising for Peanuts suggests how to improve client relationships with a single word-swap. I suspect this would be helpful in any business or group discussion. (Link via Designing Innovations.)
